The Holistic Healing Process
Helen has the ability to put her patients at ease in a relaxing and peaceful environment, whilst she gives her unique form of natural healing for the mind, body and spirit.
Her healing sanctuary overlooks St Michaels Mount, a very important sacred and spiritual centre through which four major ley lines cross to form a node. These are the Michael and Mary lines that cross England and the Apollo and Athena lines that cross Europe.
After recording your details and answering any questions that you may have, listening to what you have to say, Helen will sit you in the centre of the room, when she will initially concentrate on eliminating any negativity, then on the body's energy centres (also known as Chakras) by dowsing.
Chakra balancing benefits body, mind & spirit, leading to a greater sense of harmony and inner balance. Every life form has is made up of vibrations that coincide with the harmonic frequency to which all life is attuned. The vibrations of the body easily go out of tune when a person is exposed to physical or emotional stress. Once assessed, Helen then concentrates on putting them back into balance and re-alignment.
The energy meridians are then checked to see if they are flowing or blocked and cleared as necessary. A reading of the Aura is taken and appropriate Petaltone Vibrational Essences are selected. These are then evaporated directly into the Aura, bypassing the physical body, enabling the vibrational energy of the plants to be used to the full and where needed.
You will then be asked to lie on an adjustable couch and be covered with a blanket. Helen goes into a meditative state and connects to a higher, pure energy source to become a channel of loving, natural healing and cleansing energies.
During the healing session you will experience a total relaxation of the body and mind. It is not uncommon to fall asleep during therapy, as the experience is so relaxing.
You will feel totally relaxed and ideally you will need to rest for the remainder of the day, if possible.
